Deborah Spitale has devoted the last ten years to developing broad expertise in Trust and Investment Management. Her practice is focused in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters. She specializes in helping her clients achieve their life’s financial goals. These goals include estate, retirement, and financial planning. Deborah earned her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1997. She is licensed to practice law in the States of Georgia and Florida. Deborah is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics including estate planning and wealth planning. She is a member of the North Georgia Estate Planning Council, Georgia Eldercare Network, The Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the American Bar Association: Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
