Ms. Baker is a native of Atlanta. She received her undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University, and her law degree from the Emory University School of Law. She has over 25 years experience practicing law in Atlanta. Diane began her legal career with Hansell & Post (now Jones, Day), and later served as Senior Counsel for NationsBank (now Bank of America). She established her private law practice in 1999. Ms. Baker's practice is focused in the areas of Wills, Trusts (including Living Trusts, Charitable Trusts and Special Needs Trusts), Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, Conservatorship and Business Law (including estate planning for family business owners). She is a frequent speaker at estate and financial planning seminars, as well as seminars on business law topics. She very much enjoys providing a high degree of personal service to her clients. Diane is also the Chair of the Georgia ElderCare Symposium–a monthly educational / networking event sponsored by the Georgia ElderCare Network.
