Mr. Hampton received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Lock Haven University (PA) in 1974, his Juris Doctor Degree from Ohio Northern University (OH) in 1977, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Emory University (GA) in 1982. He is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council. Mr. Hampton is also a member of the American, Ohio and Georgia Bar Associations (member, Fiduciary Law Section). Mr. Hampton counsels in taxation, estate planning, retirement benefit planning and corporate law.
