Richard founded the Alpharetta law firm of Morgan & DiSalvo P.C. in 1995 to help individuals and families plan and prepare for the many changes that life brings. Richard received his B.B.A. in Accounting, cum laude, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from Emory University.
